39th MLAA National Conference & Trade Expo

Dear locksmiths and security industry professionals,

We are delighted to announce that our National Conference & Trade Expo is back for 2021, and we invite you to join us on the Gold Coast at the recently refurbished Marriott Resort & Spa.

It has been nearly 2 years since our last major industry event in Auckland, and our Trade Partners are very keen to show you their very latest offerings.

The program includes a full trade expo, a terrific keynote from Nelson Mandela’s former bodyguard Rob Redenbach, several interactive Q&A style industry forums, and a mix of skills training and product information sessions.

Peter Rowsthorn will be entertaining the guests at the Gala Dinner & Awards night, and there will be a number of awards presented, including the John Andrew Apprentice of the Year award – sponsored by LSC, Silca & ABUS – the MLAA Best Shop and Best Van awards – sponsored by SG Locks – and the Future of Locksmithing initiative, supported by Lock n Key, Carbine, EVVA, LA GARD, and Keyline.

Conferences are not just about seeing the very latest products; they are also important networking events that allow like-minded professionals to catch up with old friends, as well as meet new ones.

We look forward to seeing you in October.

Master Locksmiths Association Australasia

The Master Locksmiths Association Australasia (MLAA) is recognised and respected as the peak organisation for locksmithing professionals in Australia and New Zealand. Our over 700 Business Members provide a vast array of locksmithing services to the public, whether it be corporate, residential or personal. The modern day locksmith does so much more than cutting keys or fitting new locks. Locksmiths install alarms, crack open safes, program keys and remotes, gain entry to those locked out of cars and their homes, install locks, clone transponders, design restricted master key systems, forensic locksmithing services, fit doors and provide security advice.
